An individual who spiked sweets with sedative and distributed them to children at a summer program in the area has admitted sexual crimes against two children aged nine and 10.
The accused was taken into custody after eight minors and an older person became sick at Stathern Lodge in mid-summer.
The elderly man, from that region, admitted guilt to a series of 17 offences when he was present at the judicial center on recently.
Yet, he disputed a single sexual charge he was charged with, which was involving a nine-year-old boy.

'Sweet game'
The prosecutor, handling the case, described the criminal behavior to the court.
She stated his those affected were under-privileged children who were staying at a summer camp which he managed.
The man played a "sweet game" with the minors, the legal counsel stated, in which he would access the boys' rooms when they were preparing to sleep and ask them to consume candy "as fast as possible".
She told the court Ruben had conducted this practice with the young males "for many years", and minors had earlier experienced illness the next day.
She stated Ruben had been able to explain this repeatedly as the children being "overwrought by enjoyment", until his stepchild had suspicions in summer 2025.
The prosecutor continued: "This year his stepson had worries about what was going on, with valid cause.
"They resolved" to investigate in the man's possessions."
Mrs Prior KC said items including infant oil, ointment and syringes were found, and his stepchild notified the law enforcement about his worries.
She stated Ruben went on to engage in the "treat game" with six youngsters that night - Saturday 26 July - and they were everyone unwell the subsequent day.
"The police had not gone out by that point," she added.
The regulatory agency, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, earlier informed that it was examining Leicestershire Police's handling of the events.
The legal representative said the youngsters were unable to walk properly due to their sickness, so Ruben's stepson contacted the police a second time.
She stated Ruben then conducted the "candy game" in a room of five youngsters.
