More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different areas of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.

More images made public as part of the current investigative process.
